IndexVero is a URL indexing service. Customers submit pages they want search engines to discover; this domain publishes those submissions as machine-readable feeds — a sitemap, an RSS feed and an HTML link list — so crawlers can find them. It also publishes the posts above; submitted pages placed on a post are listed under a separate "Submitted links" heading. The pages it lists belong to the customers who submitted them, not to IndexVero.
Each submitted page also gets a short redirect on this host under /r/, which
permanently redirects to the submitted page.
